Agility Kuwait, in partnership with INJAZ Junior Achievement, organized a job-shadow program for 100 students. Job shadowing is part of a comprehensive program aimed at helping students define their career path and introducing them to skills required in the workplace. During the two day-long sessions, students from the American International School (AIS), Kuwait National English School (KNES) and The British School of Kuwait (BSK) received a better understanding of the logistics industry and the skills required to succeed in any work environment. The students toured an Agility facility and were introduced to the supply chain, procurement, warehousing operations, sales and marketing, human resources, career development, personal branding and corporate social responsibility.
