Agility participates in Cure Kids Adventure Race
As the majority of the Agility Auckland office has small children, the employees wanted to address an issue close to their hearts. They decided to support Cure Kids, a charity established over 30 years ago, whose primary aim is addressing the lack of research pertaining to life-threatening illnesses in children in New Zealand.

The organization holds an annual Cure Kids Adventure Race, an obstacle course that includes running, mountain biking, traverse waterways and navigation. Teams must raise $10,625 NZD to participate. Agility employees organized a Charity Masquerade Ball, held at the Auckland Museum, to raise the money, and they accomplished their goal with matching funds from Agility. On April 30th, the Auckland office participated in the Adventure Race, and ultimately placed 3rd competing against 41 other corporate teams.

“This has been a huge source of pride for the team and has brought us closer together,” said Grant Lowe, Branch Manager, Agility Auckland. “We have a lot of employees with young children on the team and would like to think that we can make a difference for their children” and others across the country.
