Agility participates in LETs America training 

Twenty five logistics specialists from Agility, UPS and TNT attended the joint training for Logistics Emergency Teams (LETs) in Miami, Florida, in September 2010. The three-day training, hosted by UPS, covered ethics, health, safety and security in the humanitarian operations environment. It also included a logistics scenario run by the World Food Program in which participants analyzed information and made decisions regarding emergency humanitarian logistics operations. The training in the Americas region follows similar training in Europe and Asia, bringing the number of active Humanitarian Emergency Logistics Program volunteers to around 25. Agility’s trained volunteers are ready to deploy when and if required in the Americas Region.
