For the second year in a row, Will Holden, branch manager for Agility Cork, Ireland, joined hands with The Haven Partnership, an Irish NGO, to build homes in Haiti after the devastating earthquake that hit the county in January 2010. Will first flew to Haiti in April 2010 and spent a week helping to build 63 homes. The second “Build It Week” took place in April 2011. Will worked with a team of laborers who moved hundreds of wheel barrows of sand, gravel and cement throughout the week. In Morne Blanc, Gonaives, the team constructed a new community center and built houses, laid out a full-size football pitch, installed rainwater harvesting units, and designated gardening and cultivation areas to assist the local community.
