With reference to the above subject, we would like to inform you that the AGM for the year ending 31st December 2010, was held on the 8th of June 2011 and approved all the articles of the Agenda including 40% cash dividends (40 fils for every share) for shareholders who are registered on the shareholders’ record on the date of the AGM. However, the EGM was postponed for not achieving the required quorum.
The minutes of the meeting will be sent once we receive it from the Ministry of Commerce.
