Essa Al-Saleh is the President and CEO of Agility’s Global Integrated Logistics business group. Mr. Al-Saleh’s responsibilities include leadership and management of the company’s core global logistics businesses. Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Al-Saleh served as Managing Director of Corporate Development where he led the strategy and the initiatives that contributed significantly to the development of new businesses, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, strategic sales initiatives and marketing.
Mr. Al-Saleh has been with Agility since 1998 and has played a vital role in the company’s transformation into a leading global logistics provider and shaping the strategy and the execution of the acquisitions that make up the Agility company.
Prior to joining Agility, Mr. Al-Saleh worked as an Engineer with the Kuwait Oil Company. He was part of the team responsible for reconstructing oil fields that were damaged during the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990. Mr. Al-Saleh also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Real Estate Company and National Aviation Services Company.
Mr. Al-Saleh has a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from Boston College and a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University. Both degrees were earned with honors.
Born in the United States, Mr. Al-Saleh is a family man and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading and playing tennis.
