The Quality Program
The Quality team has implemented an extensive quality program responsible for developing and implementing a system based on fundamental principles that focus on customer, supplier and internal process excellence. The Quality team has implemented tools and processes that will enable our employees to:
- Provide a superior customer experience at every touch point throughout the process
- Reduce defects while simultaneously improving the speed of execution
- Improve business productivity
- Control total costs
The program is comprised of four main areas: 1. Process standardization; 2. Project management; 3. Measurable continuous improvement, and; 4. Training and audits. Process tools including the voice of the customer, base line performance, root cause analysis, risk mitigation, process mapping and cause and effect are just a few of the tools that have been implemented to drive effectiveness. This methodology not only ensures that improvements are made but also that they are sustained.
Because we believe in the importance of Quality, several countries are ISO certified, quality leaders are active in all regions and employees are trained in our methodology even when they are not a part of the Quality team.
