Separate Wins as Prime and Subcontractor Valued at $128 Million.
Agility, announced today that it won three vehicle-storage contracts awarded by the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM).
Each contract; awarded to Agility; has a one-year base and four one-year options. They are worth a combined $128 million over five years.
Under the first contract; the Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) Storage Services-East contract, Agility will act as the prime contractor and be responsible for storage of deployed soldiers’ vehicles at U.S. Army bases in the eastern United States. The bases are: Ft. Drum, Ft. Stewart, Ft. Benning, Ft. Polk, Ft. Bragg and Ft. Campbell. The total revenue of the contract is estimated at $42 million.
Under the second contract; the Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) Storage Services-Hawaii contract, Agility will act as the prime contractor and be responsible for storage of deployed soldiers’ vehicles at Schofield Barracks, a U.S. Army installation in Hawaii. The total revenue of the contract is estimated at $31 million where 90% is attributable to Agility.
Under the third contract; Agility will work as a subcontractor on the Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) Storage Services-West contract, which was awarded to a team led by SDV Command Source, LLC; where 65% of the revenue for this contract is attributable to Agility. It will be responsible for storage of deployed soldiers’ vehicles at U.S. Army bases in the western United States: Ft. Hood, Ft. Riley, Ft. Sill, Ft. Carson, Ft. Bliss and Ft. Lewis. The total revenue of the contract is estimated at $55 million.
These awards broaden Agility’s service offerings; where storage of private vehicles is another logistics solution Agility can offer to its customers; and it marks the first wins with IMCOM. These contracts build on the broad capabilities Agility DGS is able to provide in the continental United States; where Agility DGS also manages parts for the Army at the Tobyhanna Army Depot and personal equipment for the Marine Corps at 19 bases here and abroad.
