Agility has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Vantaa based OY O. NYSTRÖM & CO. AB. The value of the acquisition is estimated to be 2,250,000 EUR. 

Nystrom, previously Agility’s agent in Finland, was established in 1932 and is focused on forwarding and logistics services with annual revenues of €15 million. It is a leading provider of airfreight services in Finland and currently ranks no. 2 in the IATA listings.

The acquisition of Nystrom continues Agility’s expansion in the Nordics, and builds on the significant growth experienced in the region during 2008.
