Agility announced today that it has acquired 100% of Geopetrol International Limited, a top freight forwarding and logistics company specializing in the Canadian oil and gas market.

Geopetrol is a strong addition to Agility’s operations in Canada and gives Agility strategic capabilities to tackle the growing opportunities within Canada and into other international oil and gas markets.

The value of the deal is US$ 8.3 m.
