Agility would like to clarify what was mentioned in the local news under “Agility has resolved the legal case with the US government” that the company is in discussions with the US government with a view to resolving the current legal cases with the US Department of Justice “United States of America v The Public Warehousing Co. KSC” that was announced back in November 17 2009.

However, no agreement has been reached to date and there is no guarantee that the discussions will result in an agreement. Agility will disclose anything material regarding this case according to the rules and regulations of the Stock Exchanges.
