Agility would like to clarify the status of its legal case in light of what was mentioned in the local news under “Postponing the legal case of Agility with the US government”. The case has been postponed till the 8th of February 2010, and the company is still in discussions with the US government with a view to resolving the current legal cases with the US Department of Justice. However, there is no guarantee that the parties will be able reach a mutually agreeable resolution.
