Agility clarifies what was mentioned in the local newspapers dated 09/12/2009 under “Agility exited its investment in Korek Telecom”, and states that in the ongoing course of its business is to bring value to its shareholders and customers and stakeholders, however there is nothing material at the moment.

In the event anything material is signed, Agility will disclose it to the regulators as per their rules and regulations of the Kuwait Stock Exchange and the Dubai Financial Market
