Agility would like to clarify what was mentioned in the news date 24-12-2009 as “Agility has reached final stages to merge with Gulf warehousing company” that the company, as it has announced back in January 2009 has entered into active discussion to merge operations with Gulf Warehousing Company (‘‘GWC”), a listed company on the Doha Securities Market, and is currently finalizing the details of the merger.
