On Monday April 12th 2010   the U.S. Attorney’s office in Atlanta has extended an indictment against PWC to two PWC subsidiaries (DGS Holdings and DGS KSCc). 

The case, United States of America v. The Public Warehousing Company K.S.C., is now before a federal court and PWC has asked the court to determine if the Company was properly served with summons on the indictment.

PWC continues its discussions with the US government with the view to resolving the current legal cases with the US Department of Justice.   However, there is no guarantee that the parties can reach a mutually agreeable settlement.
