Clarification from Agility

16 August 2011

Agility appeared today (16 August 2011) at an arraignment hearing in federal court in Atlanta, entering a plea of not guilty in the case stemming from its Prime Vendor food-supply contract. Agility welcomes the opportunity to clear its name by having an impartial jury examine its work supplying food to U.S. forces in Iraq and Kuwait. Agility, as it has stated for nearly two years, remains open to a resolution of the case, but its focus is now on bringing the facts to light before a jury. Litigation is expected to take at least a year.
