The Public Warehousing Company KSC (PWC) Board of Directors met on Tuesday March 30, 2010 and decided to ask the Kuwait Stock Exchange to suspend trading in its shares and to delay the release of the full-year 2009 financial results until Tuesday, April 6, 2010, pending a determination by the company about whether or not it can resolve a legal dispute with the U.S. government.
