Please be advised that Mr. Hussein Ali Al-Kharafi, Agility Board Member and Vice Chairman has submitted his resignation from Agility Board of Directors and the board has accepted his resignation. However, Mr. Al Khorafi will continue to be an advisor for the board. Mr. Adel Al Bader was elected as the new Vice Chairman, and other appointments will be disclosed shortly.
