Agility was awarded the certification for its commitment to customer service as well as its capabilities in forwarding, warehousing and logistics services. The certification applies to Agility’s office in Senec, Slovakia.
Agility was able to fulfill these quality requirements just three years after starting operations in this location.
“After opening the office in Senec, one of our priorities was to obtain ISO 9001:2008 certification,” said Jozef Kovac, Operations Manager. “The majority of our customers here are in the Chemicals industry, so it is very important for us to maintain the highest standard of quality management with a focus on safety and environment.”
The certification audit was completed by TÜV Nord which guarantees the highest level of competence in the certification of quality management systems in Slovakia and worldwide.
