The award was presented to Agility Pakistan for its creative and innovative development of HR technology in the areas of workforce planning, recruiting, staffing, and human capital.
The event showcases the best HR talent in Pakistan and honored human resource professionals for their contributions to helping the development of high-performing and productive workforce within their respective companies.
Accepting the award, Kiran Abbasi, general manager of human resources for Agility Pakistan said, “We are very pleased to receive this award. Abbasi was also presented with an award for Most Outstanding Human Resources General Manager of the Year.
About 1st Global HR Recognition Awards
The awards were organized by "Global Media Links" (GML) & "Better Pakistan Forum" (BPF). Around 53 companies participated in the awards, of which the credentials of 23 companies were adjudged as winners for the 1st Global Human Resource Recognition Awards 2010.
The jury of the award comprised of Zaheer Baig, SVP, Human Capital Management, Wi-tribe Pakistan, Salman Javed, Principal Information Officer, Consulate General of Republic of Lithuania; and Dr Kaiser Waheed, Chairman, National Forum for Environment and Health and CEO of Medisure Pharma.
