Joerg Roehl appointed Senior Vice President Business Development for Agility Europe

Basel, Switzerland: Agility Europe appoints Joerg Roehl as new Senior Vice President Business Development. He is a Member on the European Board and reports directly to Beat Simon, CEO Europe. Joerg Roehl’s main tasks include the definition of growth opportunities and strategies in the European market and ensuring that high quality business development resources are meeting with customer's needs and expectations to deliver top performance.

 

Joerg Roehl joins Agility from the Geis / SDV Group where he held various positions, lately Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing Germany. Agility Europe’s new SVP Business Development has almost 20 years of experience within the logistics industry. Joerg Roehl spent nine years in Asia, first for Kuehne & Nagel as Key Account Director, and as Director South East Asia, Managing Director and Board Member Asia Pacific for Geis SDV.

 

Joerg Roehl graduated in Economics and Business Management focusing on Logistics and Marketing.
