Basel, Switzerland - Agility, a global logistics leader has acquired all transportation and warehousing activities provided by Combalia Transportes Internacionales 1986, S.L. in Barcelona and Madrid, Spain. This recent purchase promotes Agility’s dedicated growth strategy in Southern Europe and provides further scale to its current Spanish operations.

Combalia’s transportation activities will enable Agility to further solidify its road freight services by increasing coverage of the Spanish market.  Combalia's existing customers will benefit from access to the broad portfolio of Agility’s services that include worldwide freight management, project logistics as well as fairs and events handling.
